I stand before you as an individual, but also as a representative of a people bound as one with renewed faith and gratitude for the chance at a rebirth of life,of light,of energy unstoppable by any force. We (De Aar) have been humbled as a chosen people to glow incandescently for the entire globe to see. We shall shine brighter than even the stars. This opportunity, brought about by Solar Capital, has not only brought light and energy, but it has presented us with an unfailing hope. Hope to dream bigger. Hope for unity and eternal growth. As I stand here, the hearts of every De Aar citizen have been touched by a gratitude so magnificent that it brings a different light to our city.
